Terms & Conditions, Cancellations and Return Policy

Purchase order should be placed on EVOMAX TECHNO SOLUTIONS PVT LTD, CHENNAI.
Order once placed, can not be cancelled.
No refund will be given once the order is processed.
Customer should give all the necessary information and documentation required by the OEM to generate the license
Delivery:
- For Software license, Electronic delivery only; No physical deliverables
- Time for software license delivery is 7 to 21 working days from the date of the full payment and submitted the necessary documents & details for license generation (whichever is later)
- Delivery for engineering services & trainings: As per the quotation. Any changes in delivery schedule will be informed to customers in advance
- Penalty for late delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or OEM side, is not acceptable
GST for software license is 18% or as applicable at that time of billing
Training in not included with software license
Evomax reserves the right to discretion in case of any dispute
Evomax reserves the right to reject the order if it violates respective OEMs licensing policies.
Refund will be given, only when the order is rejected by the OEM or Evomax
